Advice for Making Money Working at Home
DO NOT GET SCAMMED !
There are literally thousands of “make money online”, “be your own boss”, work from home and “get rich quick” systems being offered online everyday. Many of these systems are being advertised as being so easy and so compelling that they are guaranteed to make you money or you get your money back! Sounds to good to be true? Well, you got that right!
Still, there are many legitimate work at home, money making opportunities available online. The trick is to find the good ones that suit your style of operation before you go broke trying those that do not suit you or are out-an-out scams! Unfortunately, there are many systems that work very well for some personality types and not at all for others. One man’s scam may be another man’s treasure! I found this to be true the hard (expensive) way. That led me to look for more specifics about how these programs worked before investing in them. So, I started looking for review sites that highlighted their mechanics, membership resources and instructional methods and materials as well as their effectiveness. This led me to developing my own review site, Phil’s Success Strategy, where I attempt to match up legitimate programs with personality types or styles.

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
1. Check with the Better Business Bureau and Scam Alert websites before wasting any time or money on a scam offer.
2. Evaluate yourself with regard to morals and ethics when considering any venture involving “adult material”, profanity, violence or addictive behavior. You have to live with the consequences of your actions.
3. Examine your preferred learning methodology. Do you respond best to the written word, audios, videos, DVDs , mentoring/tutoring or hands on training?
4. How much time are you willing/able to commit to learning/training?
5. What are your needs in terms of earnings? How much? How fast? For what duration?
6. How much capital do want to invest? This effects the initial investment, operating costs (url design, hosting, membership fees, etc..) and ADVERTISING!!!!! (Can be very expensive or almost free)
RECOMMENDED LEGITIMATE OPPORTUNITIES
I have personally tried each of the listed opportunities and found them all to be legitimate money making programs. However, each has its own little nuances and each demands a different set and level of skills and experience. Generally speaking, the higher skill levels and broader experience requirements lead to higher potential earnings. They also require a longer period of time to develop and mature. The lower skill level, copy and paste, type programs yield more immediate, modest and repeatable results.
None of these programs meet the criteria for GET RICH QUICK!
